Customer Reviews about Forefront Dermatology
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Pros: -the medicine I was prescribed for psoriasis worked very well. -the office is very clean and nicely decorated, with beneficial information on a touch screen in your patient room while you wait for the doctor -staff was cooperative working around my schedule. Cons: -I felt extremely rushed by nearly everyone I came in contact with. I wanted to address a few different topics, but when I initially scheduled, I only had one concern. Some time had passed between the day I scheduled and my actual appointment and a few more issues came to mind. I was never asked if there was anything else they could do for me or answer any other questions. I felt like they wanted to get me in and out and barely let me explain the initial issues I was having with psoriasis before the nurses left to get the doctor. The doctor did the exact same thing and I had to force in another topic of discussion and even then, she answered me in 30 seconds and told me to have a nice day. I didn't even get to my 3rd question because she left. And while I was checking out, the front desk woman was also rushing me and didn't explain why I needed a follow up visit and where my prescriptions were being filled. Maybe it was an overbooked day or something but I felt like no one had time for me. If the medicine they prescribed me didn't work so well, I doubt I'd go back.May 20, 2017by Erin McCarthy
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place is a rip off. My son has periungual warts on his fingers. The 1st appointment I was overcharged. They froze the few that he had nothing happened they didn't respond to the treatment . They said it might take a few times. 4 weeks later 2nd appointment they froze them again they spread so he had a couple more. Nothing happened they didn't respond to treatment again. 3rd time I took him to a different office. Seen a different doctor. He froze the one on his lip since he had them on his finger and is a nail biter it had spread. He didn't freeze the ones on his hands because he wanted to try something homeopathic well no one sells this liquid he told me to buy. This place charges the same amount whether they freeze 1-14? Hmm the first appointment I had the charge was for 632.61 plus the office visit copay. He didn't have more than 14 at that time. 2nd visit was 341.58. 3rd visit was also 341.58. I have paid all my bills and owe them nothing will never go back or refer anyone to them ever. One of my sons fingernails is now permanently deformed because of their decisions as doctors. I have started taking them to a different dermatologist that has started injections in his fingers to help his body fight off the virus. I was never offered this option at any of his appointments.January 16, 2017by Vanesa Cummings
